Caer Designs is a team of two Architectural Technicians with over twelve years experience between them.

Caer Designs was formed in 2009 by two former college friends, now professional freelance Architectural Technicians. Rebecca and Cathy met at Yale College, Wrexham in 2003 whilst studying part time for an ONC in Building Studies, in conjunction with their full time jobs as Architectural Technicians. Since graduating, to HNC level, they have continued to gain a wide range of experience, in the UK and Australia, gaining a fundamental knowledge of the Building Regulation Approved Documents.

Caer Designs is a flexible business acquiring work in and around North Wales and the North West of England including the following areas; Manchester, Liverpool, Chester and Wrexham.

It is important to Caer Designs that the client receives a honest and reliable service, delivered accurately and on time.

Caer Designs predominantly work within the residential sector, compiling Planning Applications and Building Regulation packages for either house extensions, loft conversions, barn conversions and new build houses.

However, Caer Designs also have experience with new build industrial buildings and industrial refurbishments, making sure that all projects meet current Building Regulation and British Standard Requirements.
